SIL capacitor and resistor array used in NeoGeo systems, especially for protection of input ports and auxiliary circuits ([[MV-LED]]). Also found as "CR10-A-*" in late [[NEO-CDD boards]]. Drop-in replacements seem hard to find but using simple 1/4W 330 ohms resistors seem to be a good quick fix.

They are 4 identical RC circuits with a pull-up resistor.
They are composed of 4 identical circuits. The leftmost pin's net pulls all outputs through 1k resistors. The 330 ohm resistors provide current protection (sometimes as fuses), the capacitors smooth out eventual spikes.
