External board used in MVS systems.
External board provided with original [[MVS hardware|MVS]] cabs to handle high-voltage generation and switching for the [[cab marquee]] [[MV-ELB]] board(s).


Generates high voltage and switches it to light up the EL panels on the [[MV-ELB]] boards.
Uses a 5 pin transformer and a C2516 transistor to form a self-oscillating circuit.
