Joining the editors team of the NeoGeo Dev Wiki is painless and allows us to track edits.
Just go over to the register page and give your username and e-mail address. Your real name isn't required of course, but one or two sentences in the "biography" field will help us know what you're here for. Leaving it blank and not using a Google-able nickname won't let you in, sorry.
