The Sanyo LC78815 is a 16-bit audio DAC, used to translate serial audio data from the CD drive or the NEO-YSA chip into analog signals.
They're only found on the NeoGeo CD NEO-CDA board.
Configuration: FSEL=1, MODE1=0, MODE2=1.
