The Neo Geo Deck "Room Amusement System" was a special version of the Neo Geo hardware meant to be used as a pay-per-play system in hotel rooms. It's basically a hardened 1-slot arcade system with a TV output.
The GIT-M main board was custom designed for the system. It uses the second generation chipset and no special chips. A large relay on it might be used for software control of power to the TV set.
It uses a special system ROM "SP-1 V1.3 DB8C". Memory cards aren't supported but backup RAM is present. Headers and DA-15 connectors are used for inputs.
The GIT-SW daughter board seems to be an additional video switching/conversion board (two Omron G6A-434P-12V relays and RGB amp ?).
