Fifth (?) version of the AES board.
Differences with the NEO-AES3-5 board
- "NTSC only" zone indicating optional components (what are those for ?). PAL/NTSC jumpers.
- Layout and components changes in the analog video section (again).
- Exclusively works with 9V power supplies.
