Second version of the all-in-one VDC made by Fujitsu. Used at least on the MV1B MVS board.

Has embedded fast VRAM, which means that Video RAM errors at or above $8000 on boards using this chip are bad news.

Slow VRAM is still external.

Also has embedded palette RAM, so palette RAM errors are equally bad news.
