Graphics ROM containing tiles for the Fix layer. Bankswitch for ROMs larger than 128KiB is handled by NEO-CMC.
Also found embedded in MVS systems under the SFIX name.

Minimum speed grade: 200ns (strictly < 250ns). Or is it < 200ns ? 5 or 6 mclk ?
