NEO-YSA is an SNK ASIC regrouping (at least) the YM2610, NEO-VOC and NEO-SUD chips. The output is compatible with the LC78815 DAC and therefore does not need a YM3016.
Another revision, NEO-YSA2 is used in the CDZ and ROM-only arcade boards.
