Neo Turf Masters is a golf game made by Nazca, known to fake perspective by using timer interrupts to displace and stretch the course's ground.
Undistorted sprites (trees...) are then resized and overlayed on top according to the "camera"'s angle. The angle isn't very wide because there's no real rotation possible, only line shifting.
